1. Digital Products — No Physical Returns
All items available on Best Care are non-tangible digital goods.
Because nothing is shipped physically and all files are delivered instantly after purchase, we do not accept returns of digital products.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is considered final.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only in specific cases listed below:
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You purchased a product by mistake and have not downloaded any file from the order.
- You experience technical issues preventing access, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- The product you received is corrupted or incomplete, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- A product listing contained a clear error or misleading information, and the delivered files did not match the description.
In all these cases, we may ask for additional information to confirm the issue.
3. Refunds Not Provided
Refunds are not issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You misunderstood the product purpose or format but received exactly what was described.
- You expected features that are not included in the product listing.
- You purchased the wrong product after reviewing the product description.
- You downloaded the files and no longer need them.
- You do not have the required software (e.g., Canva, Excel, Figma, PDF viewer).
- You are unable to use the product due to lack of technical skill.
- You want to cancel your order after the digital content has already been delivered.
Because digital goods cannot be “returned,” refunds are strictly limited to the conditions above.
4. File Access & Delivery Issues
If you encounter problems with downloading or accessing your files — corrupted files, missing elements, or download errors — contact us immediately.
We will:
- re-send the files,
- provide alternative download methods,
- assist with software compatibility,
- or replace the files with updated versions.
Most access issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will issue a refund for one of the duplicated orders — as long as both orders belong to the same customer and email.
6. Technical Support
Every customer receives free technical support for:
- accessing files,
- downloading templates,
- troubleshooting broken links,
- or clarifying how products are structured.
Support does not include custom editing, design modifications, or personal consultations.
7. Licensing & Usage Restrictions
Once purchased, digital files are licensed for one spa or brand (single-brand license).
Redistributing, reselling, or sharing them publicly is prohibited.
Refunds are not given in cases of misuse or license violation.
